REFLECTION
Instead of letting our imperfections drag us down, let’s drag them to the perfect One in prayer, and receive grace to be able to learn and move forward in a positive and productive way. For example, one morning I got up later than planned…I prayed and was given wisdom as to how to still do what needed to be done in a flexible way throughout the day. I was reminded that we can choose where we fix our focus and that our merciful, marvellous Maker is indeed “…our Refuge and Strength [mighty and impenetrable to temptation], a very present and well-proved help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1 AMPC)
PRAYER POEM
LORD, thank You for helping me deal with daily difficulties and for fuelling my faith as I persevere and follow through, with You. Help me stay close to You in every moment of every day, come what may.
In Your name, Jesus, amen.
