REFLECTION
What does freedom look like to you?
To me, it looks like flowing forward without fear, in step with the Holy Spirit, ablaze with passionate purpose and meaning. Living, moving and having my being in unforced rhythms of grace, unhindered in good works. Free to be me, creatively cultivating all the God-given gifts I’ve been given to do good works, with a heart full of thanksgiving to my Maker. Moving forward in faith, hope and love, as I confront realities with courage, confident in Christ.
Only the One who made us knows us deeply enough to be able to truly set us free to flourish, and He made that freedom possible in Christ. As we yield to Him and seek Him with all our heart, mind and strength, He guides us into all truth (John 16:13), which sets us free (John 8:31-32). The process may look different for each person, but where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17).
