“And they, [the ungodly in their spiritual apathy], having become callous and unfeeling, have given themselves over [as prey] to unbridled sensuality, eagerly craving the practice of every kind of impurity [that their desires may demand]. But you did not learn Christ in this way! REFLECTION
Oh, let’s stay in a posture of prayer and praise, that we may stay sensitive and in step with the Holy Spirit. Let’s stay yielded to Him and trust Him in the often mystifying process. I can testify that while the waiting and wrestling process can be painful at times, He is indeed working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (see Romans 8:28). My precious mom once shared how she whispers YAHWEH as she breathes in and out. I love that, for our very breath is from Him. May that be our daily breath prayer, as we live and move and have our being in Him, yielded to Him, to His higher way and perfect timing.

Lord, thank You for making a way for me to stay close to You, come what may.
Fortify my faith in the fiery fray and draw me to delight in You, through details and difficulties, day by day.
