“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

REFLECTION
As beloved believers in Christ Jesus, we can always confidently approach the throne of grace and trust that our Heavenly Father will hear and help us. But, I’ve found that it’s so important to be prayerfully open as to how He helps us (which may be very different to what we expect), mindful that our Creator’s ways are infinitely higher than ours. This requires deep trust, which can be cultivated as we intentionally seek to more deeply know Him. God has a plethora of names in the Bible, each one expressing a different aspect of His perfect character. Prayerfully meditating on the truth of who God is can help us to more deeply know and trust our perfectly trustworthy Creator. Here is a link to to learn more about the names of God:

PRAYER POEM: In Faith
My merciful Maker, I come to You as I am, seeking to more deeply know You and all that is true.
Strengthen me to stay steady in faith, as I do what I believe You are guiding me to do and trust You to do what only You can do. I will praise You while I wait, for You are truly trustworthy and never late.
