“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].” (2 Timothy 1:7 AMP)
REFLECTION
If / When we find ourselves facing fear(s), let’s remember that God is sovereign and nothing is more powerful than Him. So, let’s draw near to Him and prayerfully memorise today’s verse, trusting the Holy Spirit of God to do what only He can do, in and through us, as we do what we can in faith, hope and His unwavering love. Hallelujah!

LORD, today I pray to stay close to You in every unfolding moment, come what may, trusting You and Your higher way.
