REFLECTION
Sometimes life gets so hard that it feels absurd to give thanks. But, for those of us who believe in Jesus, there are countless reasons to give thanks, irrespective of feelings or circumstances. It’s not so much a matter of emotion as it is intentional focus. When we focus on Jesus and His living and active words, we are reminded of the many reasons to give thanks, which shifts our perspective and our mood, and by His amazing grace, we can see more and more clearly the right way forward. Hallelujah!
PRAYER POEM
Loving Lord Jesus, thank You for rescuing me from an eternity of pain. While on earth I remain, help me to stay focused on You, regardless of how I feel or what I go through…until that divine day when I see You face-to-face in that glorious perfect place.
