REFLECTION

I recently received a photo of artwork I created many years ago, before I fully committed my life to Jesus. The piece was done in black ink on white paper (black and white symbolising truth), showing a stylized depiction of a woman facing a mirror. As I looked at the photo of my artwork, I marvelled at how the Holy Spirit has transformed me — from the inside out — since then, and is transforming me still.

The Word is clear that, as believers, we are in an ongoing process of sanctification and transformation, until we reach The Celestial City — by God’s glorious grace. So let’s pray to stay so close to our loving Lord and fully cooperate with Him in the unfolding process, mindful that we are on a spiritual pilgrimage of continual transformation.

PRAYER POEM

LORD, You are forever faithful and Your goodness can be seen through deep valleys, on rocky roads, in marvellous mountaintop moments and everything in between. As I seek to stay close to You each day, may Your glorious grace abound and eternal fruit be found.
